G38 Cinema Suite, Parry Williams Building 

Overview: 

LEB Construction delivered a project at the Parry Williams Building, Penglais Campus to create a new lecture theatre and cinema suite with high standards of acoustic insultation for Aberystwyth University’s Department of Theatre, Film and Television Studies.

What we did: 

This was a logistically challenging project as work commenced during term time, with a congested campus and many restrictions on deliveries and working hours. We worked in partnership with the client to agree a schedule of works around their peak times to ensure minimal disruption to building users. Working evening and weekend shifts proved to be the most practical solution to the constraints on site and this commitment delivered the project ahead of schedule.
