What we did:
Morgan Sindall Construction appointed LEB Construction as one of its main subcontractors on the £16.5m restoration. We delivered several key packages of work including extensions and alterations, groundworks, roofing, cladding and plastering. The work has created contemporary communal spaces plus en-suite bedrooms, with high-speed internet access for up to 195 students.
What the client says:
“On such a high-profile project on a national asset, we needed a skilled team to work to tight deadlines, deliver high quality work that could adapt to any challenges the projects unearthed. We knew we could trust LEB Construction with the job, and they delivered.”
