The Old Gasworks
Client: Ceredigion County Council

Works: Re-roofing and external refurbishment

Project value: £75k
Overview:
LEB Construction was appointed main contractor for the full external refurbishment of a period property owned by Ceredigion County Council. The original building dated back to 1838 and had many interesting features. The use of the building had changed several times in its history including more recently as an art gallery. It was important to restore the exterior of the building to a high level of quality.

What we did:
The works included demolition, roofing, plastering, electrical, new windows and seamless aluminium guttering. The project also involved many additional pieces of work at the client’s request which we priced promptly and were able to accommodate without delaying the project.
