Ysgol Henry Richard, Tregaron

Overview:

LEB Construction, in partnership with M&E specialists AHE Group, were appointed for the improvement and upgrade works at Ysgol Henry Richard in Tregaron.

What we did:

A new Energy Centre and LPG gas compound was constructed to house the new mechanical services which would serve heating and hot water to the school.

New above and below ground electrical infrastructure was installed to serve new and existing distribution boards in various locations around the school.  In addition, new GRP housing was installed, which also served as a housing for the new mains distribution panel.

We replaced and installed a new mechanical plant which was future-proofed for the school.

We were able to significantly reduce the amount of waste produced on this project through detailed design, lean construction, off-site fabrication and careful site waste management utilizing a detailed site waste management plan.
