In 2021, we purchased land for a permanent home for LEB Construction. In August 2025, we moved in. The new headquarters gives us a stronger platform to support complex projects for public sector and commercial clients, with better space, better systems, and better control over our work.

The site covers three-quarters of an acre and includes a secure yard for materials and equipment to assist with property refurbishment, conversion and restoration, as well as new build projects. This improves logistics, shortens lead times, and helps us mobilise quickly. With organised storage and clear processes, we can keep critical items in stock, manage deliveries with less disruption, and maintain tighter control of quality. Our construction project management teams ensure that all projects with tight laydown areas can be fed from HQ on a just-in-time delivery system, which keeps sites clear and productive.
Inside, the offices provide ample space for project teams, pre-start meetings, and design reviews. A dedicated conference room supports client workshops and progress reviews. The building has managed WiFi throughout, modern workstations with the latest Microsoft 365, which makes collaboration straightforward whether a team is based on site or at the headquarters.
Training Opportunities
Training and competence sit at the centre of the new facility. A modern training room allows online CPDs, remote sessions, and in-person courses. This supports our commitment to structured learning for fire door installation, fire stopping, construction and management.
The building systems are designed for people first. A full, fresh air ventilation system with heat recovery improves indoor air quality, manages humidity, and keeps conditions stable. Air conditioning allows precise control of temperature in meeting rooms and open-plan areas. The result is a comfortable environment that supports clear thinking, steady productivity, and reliable decision making across long project cycles.
Security and resilience are built in. High security door access, CCTV, and intruder alarms protect the yard, stores, and offices. Our information security is strengthened by Sophos cyber protection, external IT monitoring, and a disciplined approach to user access and data backup. Vehicle tracking supports planning and safety, and gives clients clearer visibility of movements when required.
A Sustainable Environment
Our energy approach is practical and forward-looking. Solar PV provides a significant share of our daytime electricity, which reduces running costs and cuts emissions. EV charging points support our plan to roll out more hybrid and electric vehicles. This lowers local emissions and reduces fuel spend on routine travel.
Digital delivery runs through our operations. We use 1Breadcrumb for inductions, attendance, toolbox talks, fire drills, and site-wide communications. This links into reporting dashboards in Procore, so information is live, traceable, and action-driven. Bluebeam supports take offs, estimating, and design reviews with external designers. Together, these tools reduce risk, speed up decisions, and provide a clean audit trail that clients can trust.
More Than Just a New Address for Our Design and Build Company
For clients, the new headquarters is more than an address. It is a practical step that strengthens collaboration, improves safety and compliance, and supports consistent quality. Contact LEB Construction company to support with your next project.
